COVID-19
What we're doing and how you can help reduce the spread

What we’re doing:

  • Daily disinfecting of bicycle contact points with an EPA approved disinfectant, during scheduled maintenance routes

  • The mandate for field technicians to wear PPE while touching bikes and station components

  • Strict personal hygiene and social distancing requirements at the START Bike headquarters

  • Frequent disinfecting of technician’s tools

  • Continued monitoring of the latest updates from local, state, and federal public health officials

What you can do to help:

  • If you are experiencing symptoms, or have been ordered to self-quarantine please do not use the bike share system at this time

  • Wash your hands or use an approved hand sanitizer before and after using the bikes

  • Respect social distancing guidelines and maintain a minimum of 6-ft between yourself and other riders

  • Our pathways system is experiencing a very high number of users. Be respectful, ride slowly, use the bell when passing

Biking is a great way to avoid crowds, get fresh air, and improve your physical and mental health in these challenging times. Get out there, be safe, and have fun!
